TATIANA (ANN) MANTON (nee SCHMIDT) January 25, 1922 - November 24, 2011 Suddenly in her home at Cavell Gardens, Vancouver, Ann passed away at 89 years of age. Ann leaves her loving children Marilyn (Michael), Valerie (Brian), Randal (Cathy) and Percy; her cherished grandchildren Polly and Danielle (Ken) and three great-grandchildren who gave her so much joy - Julian, Ruby and Leo. She is also survived by her dear siblings - Gail, Mary, Herbert and Helen and their families. She leaves many loved relatives and friends. Ann was predeceased by her beloved husband, Harry, her parents and her brother Joseph. Ann had a full and rewarding life. She loved her family very much and had many good friends. She was a wonderful foster mother to many children and worked for 15 enjoyable years at the Paddock restaurant. She volunteered with U.S.C., Grace Hospital and her church. Although, Ann moved to Vancouver five years ago to be near her children, she was still a true Winnipegger. Ann lived her life with love, dignity, loyalty and humour. Always in our hearts Donations in Ann's name to Unicef Canada would be greatly appreciated.
