SIMONE LEGAL (ROSS)

SIMONE LEGAL (nee ROSS) Peacefully on November 27, 2011, with her family by her side, our dear mother passed at the age of 91 years old. Simone was born on August 9, 1920, grew up in Ross, Manitoba, and moved to British Columbia in 1990. Simone married Eugene Legal in 1937, together they raised five children. Simone is survived by her five children: Denise, Rolande, Jeannette (Bill) Therese (Dieter), and Rene; 15 grandchildren: Farrell, Kimberly, Corinna, Darrell, Sherry, Jeff, Robin, Monique, Tammie, Lise, Troy, Kelly, Douglas, Deidra, Zachary; 25 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, one sister and four brothers. Simone was predeceased by her husband Eugene in 1989 and her son-in-law Eugene Henzel in 2008. Simone will be sadly missed by her companion Al. Interment will be at a later date in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
