NORMAN ROLLS Unexpectedly, early in the morning on December 6, 2011, Norman William Michael Rolls passed away. Born in Montreal on March 11, 1932, he relocated to Winnipeg after his retirement from Northern Telecom in 1992, following 39 years of service. An avid golfer, a member of the St. Timothy's Knight of Columbus and active member of the St. Vital YMCA, Norm's love for his family and friends and enthusiasm towards life were second to none. He is survived by his sisters Maureen Rattee of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia and Vi Murray of Winnipeg; brother-in-law Harold of Winnipeg; nieces Jane Murray Rogala, Cathy Murray Gauthier, Marilyn Murray Carlucci; nephews Jeff Murray and Jim Murray; and many great-nieces and nephews. He joins his father Patrick; mother Mary, and siblings George, Ed, Father Leo and Geraldine in Heaven. Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 9, 2011 at St. Timothy Parish, 135 John Forysth Road. He will be greatly missed.
