PATRICIA MARCOUX (nee CHAPUT) 1956 - 2011 A Saint-Boniface, le 7 décembre 2011, est décédée paisiblement chez soi et en compagnie de sa famille Patricia Marcoux, à l'âge de 55 ans. Fille de feu George et Amélie Chaput, elle laisse dans le deuil son mari bien-aimé Paul, ses enfants Marie-Elise, Jacques (Tory), Hélène (Gavin) et son petit-fils Hugo, ses frères Jean (Micheline), Victor (Helen) et Paul (Micheline), sa cousine Janine, ainsi que ses nombreux neveux et nièces, cousins et cousines, ami(e)s et collègues. Petit Paul, son premier fils, et ses deux soeurs, Hélène et Marie l'ont précédée à la tombe. La famille souhaite exprimer sa profonde reconnaissance aux docteurs Joel Gingerich et Marianne Krahn, ainsi qu'à Therese McCormick, Jill Taylor-Brown, Germaine Léger et aux équipes d'ActionCancer Manitoba et des soins palliatifs pour leur dévouement et appui à tout moment. Patricia a fait preuve de grand courage face à sa maladie - une source d'inspiration importante pour tous ceux qui la connaissaient. Elle, qui aimait tant son jardin de fleurs, nous manquera énormément. Son rire, sa joie de vivre, sa générosité et son sens de l'humour qui lui ont servi jusqu'à son dernier souffle demeureront à tout jamais gravés dans nos coeurs et nos souvenirs. On t'aime maman! Selon la volonté de Patricia, une célébration de vie privée aura lieu en compagnie de ses plus proches. PATRICIA MARCOUX (nee CHAPUT) 1956 - 2011 While in the company of her family, Patricia Marcoux peacefully passed away at the age of 55, in the comfort of her home in Saint-Boniface, on December 7, 2011. Daughter of the late George and Amélie Chaput, she will be deeply missed by her loving husband Paul; her children Marie-Elise, Jacques (Tory), Hélène (Gavin), and her grandson Hugo; her brothers Jean (Micheline), Victor (Helen) and Paul (Micheline); her cousin Janine; as well as several nephews and nieces, friends and colleagues. Patricia was predeceased by her first son, Paul and her two sisters Hélène and Marie. The family wishes to express its deepest gratitude to Dr. Joel Gingerich and Dr. Marianne Krahn, as well as to Therese McCormick, Jill Taylor-Brown, Germaine Léger and the entire CancerCare Manitoba and Palliative Care teams for their unrelenting support. Pat demonstrated a tremendous degree of courage in the face of her illness - she was an important source of inspiration for all those who knew her. Patricia, who loved to work in her flower garden, will be deeply missed. Her laughter, her simple zeal for life, her generosity and her sense of humour that carried her through to her last breath will forever be remembered in our hearts and memories. On t'aime maman! As per Patricia's wishes, her life will be celebrated privately with her loved ones.
