Met John on one of my many trips to Winnipeg. He was a friend of friends and a collector of art who liked my art works. We corresponded sporadically. I am sorry to hear he is gone. - Posted by: Pat Durr (old friend and artist) on: Feb 09, 2012

John asked interesting and pointed questions when we were developing the residence program for the RWB School Professional Division and did ask if dancers could not be recruited in the way hockey players were recruited. John was a valuable board member! - Posted by: Jan Burdon (Royal Winnipeg Ballet) on: Dec 23, 2011
