Melissa and I met some 10+ years ago. She was such a beautiful spirit and she taught me so much about being a free spirit and how to appreciate the beauty all around us. She taught me so much about myself and how to find the good in people. Although life took us in different directions, a part of you has always remained a part of me. May the angels bring you comfort and rest. You will me missed in so many ways. - Posted by: Marc McMaster (friend) on: Feb 14, 2012

We had a long distance relationship ... Melissa did the accounting for our organization for several years. With her in Winnipeg and I in Toronto it was only rarely that we were able to get together to actually meet. But the phone calls and the emails were a regular part of our day - and they always seemed to start and end, with a smile - it was obvious throughout our conversations. She will be missed I know. - Posted by: Ken Elsey (business / friend) on: Jan 09, 2012

I met Melissa in the CGA program several years ago. We sat next to eac hother and first became "study buddies". Later on we became friends and then co-workers. She was an amazing accountant, a true perfectionist.I loved her sense of humour and laugh. I enjoyed going to ball games with her. I will always be grateful for our friendship, and for you helping me through one of the toughest times in my life. - Posted by: Kathe Meseman (friend) on: Dec 30, 2011
