Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJULIAN KRAUS Peacefully, surrounded by family, Julian passed away December 23, 2011 at the age of 88 years. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Erika. Left to cherish his memory are his two children Walter and Anita, grandchildren Evan and Laura, his loving friend and companion Josephine, as well as friends and relatives. Julian was born on January 21, 1923 in Pochersdorf, Poland. He met Erika in Eichstatt, Bavaria, married and immigrated to Canada in 1950. He worked at Universal Printers in Winnipeg until retirement. Julian was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed dancing, yard work and many happy years at the cottage in Glen Bay. Opa was most proud of his grandchildren and spent as much time with them as possible. In keeping with his wishes no formal service will be held. A private interment will follow at a later date. Friends may make donations in Dad's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. We love you Opa. Wir werden dich nie vergessen.'' 586-8044
