ELIZABETH (BETTY) EASTERBROOK Peacefully on December 21, 2011 Betty passed away at Tuxedo Villa Nursing Home, at the age of 90. Betty was born in Wales and in 1968 came to Canada with her husband, Bryn and daughter Liz. They lived many happy years here in Canada. Betty is predeceased by her husband, Bryn, her daughter, Angela Perry, and her grandson, Brynmore Allen, along with many family members who are waiting to greet her in Heaven. Betty leaves behind her beloved daughter, Liz and son-in-law, Allen; her granddaughter, Tiffany Newton, husband Kyle and her much adored great-granddaughter, Abby Newton. In the U.K. she leaves her brother, Harry Hughes and wife Violet, and son-in-law, Brian. In Houston, Texas she leaves her grandson Robert Perry and special great-granddaughter, Jasmine. Betty made many friends while at Tuxedo Villa Nursing Home and took part in all committees, outings, etc. She loved the time she spent there. Betty will be missed by family and friends both here in Canada, in Wales and the U.S.A. A memorial service will be held at Tuxedo Villa Nursing Home and the date will be announced shortly. Mom's wishes were for her ashes and my Dad's ashes to be taken to Wales for her service. This will be done in the spring of 2011. Mom declined flowers and asked instead that a donation be made to an Animal Shelter, or to the offices for the Prevention Of Cruelty to animals. She had one wish for those left behind. Do not mourn me. But instead, celebrate my life. Mai Duw gorthwr chwl Dihangol. (May God keep you safe.) We love you Mama and will miss you.

Elizabeth was a very special person to me. I remember all the special hours we spent together ex reading the paper, shopping, having coffee, cleaning. I miss her very much and not the same without her. But she's free and has no pain and up there with god and the angels. I will always remember and miss her lots. My Mom, Leila, is a resident at Tuxedo Villa. We have known Elizabeth for 8 or 9 years. She was a good friend to my Mom and me. We will miss her very much. She was a very special lady.
