DANIEL (DAN) BERNARD HILDEBRAND Viewing was held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue with a Devotional and Prayers at 7:00 p.m. Dan's Funeral Service was held on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the North Kildonan Mennonite Brethren Church, 1315 Gateway Road at Springfield Road in Winnipeg, MB.

Dan was one of the "good" guys you meet in life. He was kind and warmhearted with nothing bad to say about anyone. It made me sad to see Dan's obituary in the Free Press. I thought of him often and wondered how he and Nicole were doing. It was a great pleasure to have known Dan. He spent last Christmas on the ward with us, we had so much hope as he looked amazing. We are sorry for your loss Nicole, rather our loss as he was such a terrific person.
