ALICE MARIE PARKER (nee GUILBERRY) November 5, 1929 - December 29, 2011 On December 29, 2011, Alice passed away at Grace Hospice. Alice is survived by sons Laurie (Susan), Robert; grandchildren Laurie Jr., David, Ashley, Jordan, Erin and Shanice; great-grandchildren Jade, Hannah, Isaias, Laura, Alaya and Isabella; nephews Joey Glegg, Steve Bauldwin; cousins Marva Paris, Joey (Marie) Stock and their families. She was predeceased by son Ronald; two infant daughters Emerald and Laura; parents Laura and Stephen; sisters Emerald Guilberry and Dolores Glegg, niece Angela Glegg and uncle Leslie Henderson. Alice was born and raised in Winnipeg and attended William Whyte and Isaac Newton Schools. She retired from Great West Life. She enjoyed family dinners, reading and knitting. There will be a service held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Celebration of life to follow at the Prosvita at Pritchard and Arlington. Flowers are gratefully declined, donations may be made to a charity of choice. Goodbye my family, My life is past. I loved you all to the very last.
