Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGUERITE PELLAND August 29, 1931 - December 31, 2011 Peacefully and surrounded by her family, it is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother Marguerite at St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 80 years. Marguerite lived her life through her daughters. She held special and loving relationships with everyone who crossed her path especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her gentle, loving nature and great sense of humour will leave a deep void in many lives. She will be deeply missed by Lucy (Doug), Diane (Dennis), Michéle (Ken) and Nicole (Gary), her nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and siblings, Julie and Rita. A memorial service celebrating Marguerite's life will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 6, 2012 at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Road. Interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Glen Lawn Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marguerite's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3L 0K6.                Aunty was always in my thoughts and I wished we could have seen more of each other. She would play cards every Sat. with my family and their friends and I got to be able to play with them. Aunty always made me feel welcomed and Loved. We used to have many laughs together.
