Almost 10 years in Al's passing, he has left an impact, influence to the world and will be in our thoughts and memories. AL and I were delivery drivers at Aime's Auto, and knew him through the interest in demolition derbies (one of the best, almost always placing 1st-3rd) Glad to know you Al. - Posted by: Greg (Co-worker) on: Oct 28, 2021

Brian , Greg, Mary-Ann and kids we send our deepest condolences. Growing up we never passed one anothers homes without a wave or hello. He was an incredibly kind and gentle man. This news has saddened us all. Our prayers and sympathy are with each of you. - Posted by: Deborah Ken and Susan Stoesz (neighbour) on: Jan 13, 2012

I had many good times with Al in the derby pit and outside of it. He was a great person who was willing to help people out. He will be missed. I would definitely like to know when his memorial is so that we can come and honour his life. - Posted by: Keith Marsolais (MR.M) (Derby friend) on: Jan 11, 2012

I knew Al growing up. Growing up in St. Vital I don't think anyone didn't know Al. He was a gentle giant with a heart of gold and would do almost anything to help a friend if he could. Al will be missed by a lot of people who considered him a friend. My condolences go out to Al's family. - Posted by: Garry (Longtime friend) on: Jan 09, 2012
