Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANACLETA CIRCA BARCELO July 13, 1927 - January 5, 2012 Peacefully on the night of January 5, 2012, Anacleta (Lita) Circa Barcelo passed away, with her children and grandchildren at her bedside. Lita led a happy and fulfilling life, gardening at home (tending to her vegetable garden) and dancing at the Philippino Senior's Centre since she came to Canada on January 6, 1982. With great pride and joy she took great care of her many grandchildren, feeding them well, thus acquired the name Lola (grandma) Phat. Lita was pre-deceased by her husband Sabino M. Barcelo, and by her siblings, Luciano Circa, Roberta Taguinin, Benedicta Tabije, Juan Circa, Enrique Circa and Jose Circa. Left to cherish her memory are, her children, Benny and Abel Manarang (Avelaine B. and Charlie Scyrup (Dean and Jude)), Sheila M. and Chris Bauer, and Paul Manarang Ying and Benson Dela Rosa (Jeff and Vanessa), Ela and Rey Geroche (Kamille, Korie, Karlo, and Kim (Isaiah)), Brigido and Beatriz Barcelo (Brenda and Jeff Capina (Lyana, Rhyli, and Ysabel)), Donna and Owie Capuyon (Yshi Briana and Yael), John (Dubai), and Barrie (Dubai), Van and Emma Barcelo (Darren), Beng and Paul Regher (Gabriel and Janay), Manny and Pina Barcelo (Lea Angelica), including numerous great-grandchildren in Toronto, Philippines, and Hong Kong. She will also be missed by close family friends and cousins, Lita Linsangan, Sergio and Marina Barcelo (and children including their families), Lusia Dela Rosa and family (Philippines and Canada). Lamay will be held Saturday, January 14 and Sunday, January 15 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. with the Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, January 16 at 11:00 a.m. from Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 254 Arnold St., Pallbearers will be Boboth Mapatac, Max Martin, Lauro Mendoza, Francis Manuel, Dex Namit, and Sergio Barcelo Jr. Interment will be in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens with a reception to follow in Glen Lawn Reception Center. Thank you to Diane and her night and day staff at CD4 at the Riverview Health Centre, as well as the Golden Door Geriatric Centre for caring for our mother.
