Shirley will be remembered by her children, Michael (Deb), Lois and Mark; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren; sister Anne (Larry) Plante; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Bill; son Billy, and sister Lois. A celebration of Shirley's life will be held at Leyden's Chapel of Remembrance (corner of 17th Avenue and 2nd Street SW, Calgary) on Friday, January 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, donations in Shirley's memory may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation - Tom Baker Cancer Centre, 1331 - 29 St. NW, Calgary, AB T2N 4N2, Telephone: 403-521-3433, www.albertacancer.ca. I love you and I will miss you always. We had a lot of good times and laughs along the way. I always enjoyed your company, your sense of humor, your knowledge and the way you always handled yourself.
