Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHELBY SHIRLEY LUKIANCHUK Suddenly, in Winnipeg, MB, Shelby beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2012, at the age of 70 years. She is survived by daughter Melanie, her grandchildren, Melissa, Deanna, Alyssa, Amanda and Justin, as well as great-granddaughter, Kiona. She was predeceased by son Todd, and parents, Lawrence and Marion Schieberl. The family would like to thank her many friends at Secret Place Ministries and Ma Ma Wi Centre. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at 2:00 p.m. 586-8044

1952-1954 Shelby attended Ft. Rouge School on River Ave. She wrote, costumed and produced plays in her yard and garage. Ma & Pa Kettle comedies and Western sagas with pumas leaping off mountains. We even did one in our grade 5 class that had the teachers in stitches! Shelby had a Collie - "Lassie" of course, who jumped rope with her. Her home was the centre of our after-school activities, and brings wonderful memories. I saw Shelby about 1990. She said she recalled nothing of those days; so I hope this will be a glimpse for her family of her inventiveness and leadership at age 12.
