Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPRISCILLE BOURGEOIS (nee AQUIN) January 31, 1936 - January 8, 2012 On Sunday, January 8, 2012, Priscille Bourgeois rendered her soul to the Lord at the age of 75 years, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband of 54 years, Aimé Bourgeois, her daughter Louise, son-in-law Patrick Catellier and three precious grandchildren Roger, Véronique and Richard. She leaves behind two very dear friends, Shirley Clubine and Dolores Mulaire whose friendships comforted her deeply. She will also be missed by two brothers, Laurent Aquin of St. Vital, Ronald (Joyce) Aquin of St. François Xavier; six sisters, Roma (René) Dupuis of St. Boniface, Irene (Stan) Fisette of St. Boniface, Dolores Aquin of St. Albert, Rolande (Gérald) Turgeon of St. Albert, Pauline (Jack) MacRae of Beaumont, Lorraine (Louis) Perrin of Calgary, and many nieces and nephews too numerous to list herein. She was predeceased by both her parents, Avila Aquin and Jeanne Aquin, one sister, Jeanette Allard and two brothers, Léo Aquin and Arcel Aquin. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Emile Catholic Church at 556 St. Anne's Road, Winnipeg, Reverend Carl Tarnopolski presiding, on Friday, January 13, 2012. Viewing at 10:00 a.m. and Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the St. Norbert Cemetery. The family would like to extend their gratitude to her doctors at St. Boniface General Hospital as well as the dedicated staff on 4B. Your care and compassion was such a comfort to us that it made this difficult time much easier to bear. God bless you all! Priscilla was my good friend for over 40 years. When I saw her for the last time in the hospital in late December, we had a good visit. She knew where she was going and I wished her a safe voyage.
