WILLIAM PAUL It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William (Bill) John Paul on January 6, 2012, at the age of 71, at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, Alberta. Bill is survived by sons William (Tikita) and Jason, daughter Leanne (Jeff), brothers Gary (Vi), Harry (Linda), sister Marilyn (Roger), and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by wife Rose, parents William and Violet, and brother Randy. Bill was born and raised in St. Vital. He married Mom in 1961. Dad ran a garage and a towing business before joining M.P.I.C., from which he retired. He still enjoyed meeting with the many friends he made throughout his life and career. Dad was a great outdoors man. He loved to hunt and fish and spend time in Falcon Lake at the cabin. Dad was always trying to get his kids to go hunting and try the game he caught. Last year Dad bought a trailer and started to travel. Most recently he was enjoying a vacation in Boswell, BC until he became ill. He was looking forward to getting his new boat and fishing with friends. Dad will be deeply missed by family and friends. Dad, we hope you are with Mom and still enjoying your hunting, fishing and boating. In compliance with Bill's wishes, there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to a charity of your choice.
