NORMAN ALFRED MUTH Suddenly on January 13, 2012, with family members by his side, our dad lost his courageous battle against complications of a failing liver disease. Dad is predeceased by his father Alf, mother Hattie, brother Herb, and nephew Kenny. He will be very sadly missed by his family members, June (Wes), Donna (Ken), Russell (Marlene), Gaylene (Eric), Elsie, sons Larry (Feng), Craig (Patti), stepchildren Willow (Danny), Lynn (Brad), Wayne, Cheryl, grandchildren Jennifer (Noel), Raymond (Nicole), Justin (Melissa), Xin, Kara, and numerous great-grandchildren, as well as his many friends. Dad was born in Winnipeg December 11, 1930, and had enjoyed playing many sports in his lifetime, baseball, football, hockey, shuffleboard, golf, and of course his favourite, curling with the P.H. Curling Club. He was a St. Vital Mustangs booster member for many years, as well as being a wheelchair supporter. Norm will be cremated, and the family will be holding a Memorial Service on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., at Thomson In The Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. The family would like to thank all the caregivers during our time of need, with special thanks to Edith at St. Boniface, Rebecca at the Victoria E.R., Una on the Victoria 4th floor.
