MARCEL BERTOUILLE 1936 - 2012 Marcel Bertouille passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at St. Boniface Hospital. Marcel was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Eugenie Bertouille and his parents-in-law, Anthony and Madeliene Gillis. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Loretta, his brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary and Jeannette Gillis, Albert and Rose Gillis, Juliana and Rene Tack, nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. Marcel was born in Swan Lake, Manitoba on May 10, 1936. He was employed with Pembina Mountain Clays Ltd. for 33 years, 20 years as manager. A heartfelt thanks is extended to Dr. Ralph Wong, nurse Kathy and all the treatment nurses and staff at CancerCare St. Boniface Unit for their care and compassion; the paramedics for their services and to the staff on E6 at St. Boniface Hospital for their care. A special thanks to Maurice and Kathy Bertouille. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in Blessed John XXIII Roman Catholic Church, 3390 Portage Avenue with Reverend Gerald Langevin officiating. A private family interment will be held at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Avenue, Room ON1160, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3E 0V9 or to a charity of one's choice. so surprised on my ex mamagers passing. He was the best manager I ever worked for,as I worked at the winnipeg plant for 19 years till sadly the plant was sold -then closed down shortly after.
