I am a retired member of the RCMP. One of my postings was to General Investigation Section, Winnipeg 1978-1981. During that time Jim was one of my commanders when I was a constable. I am very honoured to have had him as a boss and can say he was one of the finest members I had the pleasure of working with. He had a wonderful balance of competence and humour. Truly a wonderful man. Graham Geddes, Nova Scotia - Posted by: Inspector Graham L Geddes (former colleague) on: Feb 09, 2012
