Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMORAG ORR Peacefully, at Country Meadows Personal Care Home in Neepawa, MB, Morag Orr, at the age of 93, died on January 25, 2012. Morrie was born in Dungannon, Ireland on January 10, 1919. Her family immigrated to Winnipeg when she was age 4. She was predeceased by her husband, Bill Orr, her parents Samuel and Mary Ann Little, brother, George Little, and son-in-law Parker Sieffert. Also, many brother and sisters-in-law. Morrie attended Mulvey, Gordon Bell, Bjornson Academy, and Bennett Comptometer schools. She worked as a comptometrist at Great West Saddlery, the Federal Grain Exchange and finally the CNR. She married Bill Orr in 1953 and settled into married life in Franklin and Neepawa. Morrie was a Girl Guide leader, President and Regional Rep of the Hospital Aid, an active member of the UCW and Royal Purple. Mom found nothing more important in life than her relationships with family and friends. In turn, her life will be celebrated for the extremely dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother she was. She is survived by daughters Betty Ann and Cathy, and her three grandsons Matthew, Cameron, and Lewis Sieffert. She is also survived by sister-in-law June Little, and many specials nieces, nephews and their families. The celebration of her life was held on January 30, 2012 at the Neepawa United Church with Rev. Mark Satterly officiating.
