To Eleanor's Girls. I am so sorry to hear of your Mum's passing. Since leaving the company, we have had a chance to chat once in awhile. She showed much concern for my wife Nola's health and news of my kids. We lost contact over last couple of years and now I will forever miss her. - Posted by: Ken Wilkie (Old co-worker and friend) on: Feb 09, 2012

Dear Luetchford Family, I would like to express my condolences as well as share some thoughts that comforted me in times of hardship. It is never easy losing someone so dear, however some things that made it easier to cope were some scriptures from the Bible that I had read. For instance, in John 11:11, Jesus tells his companions, "Lazarus our friend has gone to rest, but I am journeying there to awaken him from sleep". Jesus compared death to sleep. And when we are sleeping, we are not aware of any pains or anxieties around us. This helped me because even though the pain of losing them is still there, I know that they do not have to suffer in this world. Also, in verse 25 of chapter 11, Jesus says "I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life". So not only are our loved ones not suffering, but they also now have the opportunity to live forever in perfect health. I hope this brings some comfort as it did me. To finish, one more scripture is Revelation 21:4-And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. - Posted by: DJS () on: Feb 09, 2012

My deepest sympathies to Eleanor's girls - I will always remember the joy on her face when she told me that she was going to be a grandma. Eleanor lived for her family and was happiest when family events were planned. I enjoyed working with her and have been missing her since she left - Eleanor will always be in my prayers. - Posted by: Connie Bent (co-worker and friend) on: Feb 08, 2012
