WILLIAM (BILL) PETER SENKIW May 4, 1958 - February 3, 2012 With family at his side, Billy passed away peacefully on February 3, 2012 in Vancouver after a courageous battle with cancer. He leaves to mourn sister Maria (Bob) Petruchak, niece Milyana Petruchak and her son Joshuah, daughters Jasmine (Guy) Bachinsky, Chanina Kempler, grandchildren Yuval, Shilo, and Mica along with many dear friends. Billy was predeceased by parents Anna and Peter and Sandy his beloved dog. Billy was born, lived and worked in Winnipeg until December 3, 2011 when he left to be with his sister in Vancouver. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Winnipeg CancerCare, Vancouver General Hospital and Vancouver CancerCare. Sincere gratitude to the caring team of doctors, nurses and volunteers at the VGH Palliative Care unit. A special thank-you to Pastor D. Louden and family for their years of support and guidance and to the special friends who stood by Billy during his time of need. Interment at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cancer Society. VICHNAYA PAMYAT You have left a void in our lives. Sadly missed but never to be forgotten, we love you.   • Billy Boy.. You will be missed greatly. We had some great times in the earlier years of our lives and lost touch for awhile when I moved to Alberta.
