Condolences & Memories (6 entries)

  • I met Richard as his counselor in treatment. He was gracious to me. I was very young and inexperienced and yet he met me right where I was and both benefited me as I did him. He was a special guy who had a great effect and there are still stories I tell about him, essentially calling out religious people for not believing in the grace they teach of. I bumped into Richard a few times a few years ago when Raylene was in hospital. I had been away from Winnipeg for over 20 years and it was a great connection. I just thought of him and googled his name to find out of his passing. I am thankful for Richard's presence in my life. - Posted by: Glenn Morison (Friend) on: Aug 14, 2016

  • Our condolences to Wayne, Brian and the rest of the Norton family on the loss of their brother Richard. It has been many years since I last saw Richard. But I will always have fond memories of him from back when I was a teenager. Time passes too quickly and we lose the ones we love too soon. - Posted by: Lori Penner (Madden) (Friend) on: Feb 18, 2012
