PAULINE LAVINA MAY WARD July 30, 1922 February 15, 2012 Pauline Lavina May Ward (nee Locke) of Edmonton passed away on February 15, 2012 at the age of 89 years. She is survived by: her very dear companion, Maurice Strong of Edmonton; her son, Thomas Ward and companion, Cynthia Mark of Rocky Mountain House, AB; her granddaughter, Stefanie Ward of Regina SK; her two brothers, Guy Adler of Calgary, AB and Neal Adler of Alcomdale, AB; her sister, Janice Pashulka of Spruce Grove, AB; as well as six nephews, three nieces and several grand-nephews and grand-nieces. Pauline was predeceased by her dad, Thomas Locke in 1923; her mother, Winifred Adler (Guy Locke) in 1992 and Audrey Parker (Yackel Locke). A Celebration of Life was held on February 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. MST in the Kinsmen Hall in Paradise Hill, SK. Inurnment will be at the Deer Creek Cemetery in Saskatchewan at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association of Alberta, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
