She is survived by her son Jamie and daughter Janine. A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 2 at The Chapel of Hemauer Funeral Home in The Pas. Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Hi my name is Jenna Smith. I lived with Jean's daughter in The Pas, MB. I used to always go and visit her all the time, she was a wonderful lady. She didn't really remember me but the babies she used to always have with her made her remember that I was pregnant. I wish I had the chance to come and visit you when I had my daughter, but you will always be in our hearts. We all love you, and Shaun said he misses you lots and that he wish he saw you before you passed away, Love Jenna and Shaun Richmond <3 - Posted by: jenna corrine smith (friend ) on: Feb 03, 2013

  • Hi. My name is Grant Wichenko. Nick, my father worked with Jimmy Hein in the printing industry. I remember Jimmy, Jamie as a boy and Jean. I have two specific memories. The first is being at the farm. This would have been in the early 1960s. It was the first and last time riding a horse. It was my only time as a farm hand stooking bales of hay. The other memory is of the Hein residence on Burrows or somewhere in the North End. It was a new house West of McPhillips. Jimmy was very loud and yelled alot but was kind and good natured. We lost touch after the Hein family moved away. My condolences on the passing of your mother. Grant Wichenko - Posted by: Grant Wichenko (Friend of family) on: Feb 26, 2012
