MELYSSA JENNY SINCLAIR They say time heals all pain, But I know that isn't true, Because it hurts as much today, As it did twelve years ago. You suffered many years in silence, Your spirit remained strong, You faced your pain with courage, Until the very end. You said that you were ready, That it was time to go, You knew how much we cared, You knew we loved you so. Part of us went with you, Melyssa, The day God called you home. So many times I've missed you, So many times I've cried, If love could have healed you, You never would have died. I try to do the best to live, Because I know that's what you wanted; It's sad to walk without you, Instead of side by side. Remembering you is easy, I do it every moment of every day, But missing you is a heartache, That never goes away. Fly little wing, Fly where only angels sing. Love you forever, Miss you for always. Love Mom and John.
