  • I am so grateful for Dr. Collier. It has been a big part of my life to be good friends with Dr. Collier's son Andrew since I was in Nursery school. As a doctor you couldn't ask for someone who was more professional and understanding. As a friend it was always a pleasure to see Ken. For 20 years I kept that bright yellow golf bag that Doctor Collier gave me when I was about 15. You have lived a great life with exceptional Character. You will be greatly missed.
