• Hello - my mom is Phyllis Brown, who works at the boutique. I never met Vicky but felt like I knew her. My mom would refer to her as a little 'doll'. She has been so profoundly affected by her illness and untimely passing, Vicky must have been an exceptional, profound human being! • I don't have a little sister in my own family and Vicki was kinda like a little sister to me. I think she was a strong woman who lived life with grace, compassion, and a great sense of humour (I really enjoyed her cute laugh).
