Condolences & Memories (6 entries)

  • Very sorry to hear that Dennis had passed away, my deepest sympathy to the family at this time of your loss. I remember as a young boy hanging with Jon, thinking how scary his dad looked to us little kids. He was like a giant teddy bear who loved to go fishing with us kids. RIP Dennis it was a pleasure knowing you. Jeff Sweetland - Posted by: Jeff Sweetland (Family friend) on: Mar 12, 2012

  • My deepest sympathy to all of Dennis's family. It has been many years since I've seen any of my Strike cousins, but wanted to let you know that you are in my thoughts at this sad time. - Posted by: Charlotte Toews Curry (cousin) on: Mar 09, 2012

  • Always enjoyed his sense of humour, always seemed to have a good joke or wry comment to make. Humour is always...the best medicine. - Posted by: Randy Clark (Past Connection) on: Mar 06, 2012

  • I am deeply sorry to hear of Dennis's passing...having faced this devastating disease myself, I know what Dennis has been going through...Rest now my friend and may your family be comforted knowing that you suffer no more....Chris - Posted by: Chris Eide (cousin) on: Mar 04, 2012

  • I express my deepest sympathy to the family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. - Posted by: Marie Drozda (I worked at the Safety Centre and Firetak Manufacturing Ltd. for Jack Smithson) on: Mar 03, 2012

  • I am so sorry to hear of Dennis's passing. I remember him mostly as "Grisley Adams" in the early years of Strike Fire Protection. I would run across him in my travels with courier, sometimes delivering there or picking up there, as well as playing as children when there were family get togethers. Rest in peace Dennis, we will meet again. Karla - Posted by: Karla Eide (Cousin) on: Mar 03, 2012
