MCGUIRE Muriel Elizabeth McGuire (nee White) of Winnipeg, MB, and formerly of Richmond, B.C. and Toronto, ON, passed away suddenly early Saturday afternoon, February 25, 2012. She was predeceased by her husband Lloyd McGuire and brother-in-law Bob McGuire (Alice). Left to cherish her memory are her three children, Vivian Hart (Nigel), Dale McGuire and Craig McGuire (Claire); grandchildren, Douglas Penner (Lindsay), Victoria Lestus (Blair), Samara Hart, Brandy McGuirel; and great-grandchildren, Brandon, Will, and Ava Lestus and Megan Penner. Muriel is also survived by her brother, Gordon White, wife Lee and family. Muriel was a long standing member of the choir of Crescent Fort Rouge United Church, as well as her twenty-year involvement as a leader with the Girl Guides of Canada. Following Muriel's wishes there will be no formal service held. She will be placed to rest at Chapel Lawn Cemetery in Winnipeg to join her husband, mother and father.
