  • To the Penner Family, Mr. Jim Penner was a very good client of ours at Computer Avenue. He was such a kind and gentle man. He was also very talented. For many years, he visited often, and we loved assisting him with his computer and beloved collection of photographs and designs. He will be missed by our staff. Please accept our condolences. - Posted by: M.Lee, Computer Avenue - St. Vital () on: Mar 08, 2012

  • Marg & I want to express our sincere condolences to Margo and the family on the loss of Jim. The memories we have of Jim are numerous. One I would like to share is that we would go out to the prison camps on certain Sunday mornings to bring gospel service to the inmates. The trips there and back were always entertaining in large part due to Jim's sense of humor. We shared many experiences along the way. These have contributed to my own spiritual growth. His heart for the poor and the marginalized of this world was inspiring. He loved God and the Word of God. May the Lord comfort you in remembering. - Posted by: Andy & Marg Funk (Friends and fellow parisheners at Elmwood Bethel Mennonie Church) on: Mar 07, 2012
