  • So shocked and sad to hear of Diane's death. She lives well and long in memory: trips to the farm (arm wrestling with Uncle Cliff and ... winning!), teaching me to drive, being her only failure as a swim coach, visiting my family with NB, Sunday dinners & holiday celebrations with the Chappells (vying for the last bit of dressing) and ... the sense of fun in life she found and shared. Could you please let me know the date in May for the Celebration of her life? - Posted by: Audrey Hawkins (Friends) on: Mar 10, 2012

  • One of the staples in the DHS Phys Ed department, I remember her sense of humour and dedication to the teams she coached year in year out. In her retirement she was a fixture on the local golf course and was a great friend to the hospital where i now work. One of the good ones, sad to hear this. - Posted by: Chuck Schmitt (Former student) on: Mar 07, 2012
