Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCARRIE LYNN LAZARENKO October 2, 1970 - February 29, 2012 It is with great sadness that we recognize the sudden passing of Carrie Lynn Lazarenko at her home in Windsor, ON. Carrie will always be remembered as a fun loving individual with a real zest for life. She was a charismatic, energetic and outgoing person whose personal warmth and easygoing demeanour gave her an uncanny ability to make new friendships wherever she went. Carrie was also a woman of determination and strength, characteristics that lead her to professional success in both the retail and radio industries. Carrie possessed a love for music, not limiting her taste to just one genre but enjoying many. Family was important to Carrie and she loved spending time at her Grandad's cabin in Ponemah or at the family cottage in Chalet Beach. Born and raised in Winnipeg, MB, Carrie attended Balmoral Hall and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Manitoba. Carrie had a lengthy career as store manager for Danier which led to her move to Windsor, ON. While in Windsor she became an Account Executive with CHUM radio. Carrie was predeceased by her grandad (Peter) and father (Richard). She will be lovingly remembered by her mother Christl, brother Derek (Denise), niece Andrea and nephews Curtis and Austin, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Memorial Visitation was held at the Anderson Funeral Home Cremation Centre in Windsor, ON on Wednesday, March 7, 2012. I didn't ask for it to be over, but then again, I never asked for it to begin. For that is the way it is with life, as some of the most beautiful days come completely by chance. But even the most beautiful days eventually have their sunsets.
