Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVASCO JOSE ANDRADE It is with the most profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Vasco Andrade on March 18, 2012 at the Oakview Personal Care Home. Dad was predeceased by his beloved wife of 50 years, Maria De Lurdes Andrade, parents Vasco and Maria Isabel Andrade. He will be forever remembered and missed by his five children Vasco (Isabel), Carlos, Rui, Peter and Elizabeth (Tony), grandchildren Scott, Matt, Amanda, Steve, Emily, Jessie, Alessia, Julianna, and many friends and family members. Vasco was born on October 6, 1930 in Vila Franco de Campo, S. Miguel, Acores, Portugal. That's where he met and married Maria De Lurdes, they and their family immigrated to Canada in 1973. The family would like to thank the wonderful and compassionate staff at Oakview Personal Care Home who cared for Dad. A prayer service will be held on Thursday, March 22 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin Street N. Interment will be at the Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery. 586-8044
