Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT (BOB) GEORGE BOAK Born on September 27, 1918, died in his 94th year, on Monday, March 19, 2012 at West Park Manor. Predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Margaret Elizabeth Boak (Harper) in June 2004. His children, Diane Campbell (Gus), Wendy Ritchie (Paul), and Terry Boak (Cathy), were present with Bob during his last few days of life. Bob was affectionately called G. Bob by his eight grandchildren and five great-grand-children. He was a quiet person, a true gentleman who cherished time with family and friends and, on occasion, poured a fine martini. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of 2E for their care and compassion shown to Bob for the four years he resided at West Park Manor. A private family memorial will take place. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the United Way, 580 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB R3B 1C7.
