Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIETTE BERTHA GABRIELLE BUYDENS March 18, 1926 - March 19, 2012 A day after celebrating her 86th birthday, Mariette Buydens passed away on Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Melita Health Centre. She is survived by a daughter Linda (Earl) Lee, and a son Brian (Norma) Buydens; grandchildren Cynthia Buydens, Cory (Jenny) Buydens, Mitchell (Jennifer) Lee, Jondalar (Tanya) Lee, Stephanie Buydens and Adrien Buydens, as well as numerous great-grandchildren. Mariette was predeceased by her husband Marcel Buydens; her son Edward (Mary) Buydens; brothers Omer (Madelyn) Knockaert and Marcel (Mary Ann) Knockeart, and parents Desire Knockaert and Stephanie Chevalier. The funeral took place on March 23, 2012 at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Melita, and interment followed at Goodlands Cemetery. Donations in Mariette's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
