LLOYD DAVID (SCOTTY) SINCLAIR -
Date of Passing: Mar 25, 2012
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLLOYD DAVID (SCOTTY) SINCLAIR 1920 - 2012 Peacefully on March 25, 2012, with his family sharing his last moments, Scotty Sinclair passed away at the age of 91 years. He was predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Doris; eldest daughter Margaret; great-grandson Niall, and parents William and Margaret. He will be genuinely missed by his family: children David (Barb), Leslie, Susan (Brian), Heather (Jon); grandchildren Nicole (Garry), Dylan, Scott, Wendy (Shaun), Hayley (Ryan), Elizabeth and Veronica; great-grandchildren Morgan, Nathaniel, Piper and Lloyd, and niece Lois and family. Scotty was a true gentleman who patiently shared life's lessons with affectionate humour and kindness. On a daily basis, he modeled friendliness, responsibility, commitment, integrity, goodness, generosity and cooperation, while ensuring that life was to be enjoyed, especially if it involved golf, travel, or music. Despite decades-long illnesses, Dad outlived most of his dear friends and very much appreciated his remaining companions (many from his 36 years service at Air Canada and from his extensive retirement). A private memorial service will be held in June with his extended family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, CancerCare Manitoba, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

What you said about father, Scottie was so very, very true! We appreciated him so much as a wonderful, caring neighbor. The 8th floor lost someone special! Arthur & Kathleen Driedger - Posted by: Arthur & Kathleen Driedger (Next door neighbor@ Lindenholm Place) on: Apr 02, 2012
