EMILY KATHLEEN MOAR October 23, 1940 - March 26, 2012 Peacefully on Monday, March 26, 2012 our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away at Riverview Health Centre with her family by her side. Left to cherish her memory are her children Bruce, Billie, and Jacqueline, grandchildren Devon, Ravenne, Molly, Brody and Dylan (Dilly), brothers Charles (Donna), Duke (Maggie), sisters Dorothy, Mary (Gary), sisters-in-law Lucille and Lorena, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Emily was predeceased by her beloved son Brent in July, 2011, father and mother Alex and Ruby, brothers Alex, Hank, Alfie, sisters Margaret and Nancy and brothers-in-law Bing and Jim. Emily spent her life caring for her children and grandchildren. She was a very special person and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Later in life, she successfully achieved her child care certificate and she happily worked until her retirement in 1994. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Grace Hospital and Riverview Health Centre for the passionate and loving care given to Emily and her family at this difficult time. A Memorial Service will be held at the Bardal Funeral Chapel 843 Sherbrook St. on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. According to Emily's wishes, cremation has taken place.
