DORIS DAISY BOLTON (nee ADAMS) July 3, 1917 March 22, 2012 Doris was born in Penge County, England and came to Winnipeg at an early age. She loved sports such as volleyball, bowling, and especially baseball. She played in the Senior Girls Baseball League for many years. She volunteered with the Red Cross during the Second World War to aid the Armed Forces. She was also a former member of Legion 141. Doris was predeceased by her parents, husband Jim, brother Jack, son Brian, stepson Larry, great-grand daughter Cassandra, sister-in-law Agnes and nephew Robert. She is survived by sons Ray (Cindy) and Mike (Maxine), daughters-in-law Gale and Shirley, six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one niece and one nephew. In accordance to Doris's wishes cremation has taken place. A private family interment will be held at Brookside Cemetery at a later date. 586-8044
