Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLAIRE MARIE LEONARD On March 30, 2012 Claire Marie Leonard passed away peacefully at Miller Crossing Extended Care at the age of 102 years. Peacefully sleeping, resting at last, the world's weary troubles and trials are passed. In silence she suffered, in patience she bore. Then God called her home to suffer no more. Claire will be sadly missed by her son Lorne Leonard; her sisters Stella and Bella; Kathy (Paul) Cheramy. She also leaves her grandsons, Erin and Shawn; and her great-grandchildren, Lance, Haley, Sarah and Bryce, as well as her many friends. Claire was predeceased by her husband Fidel (Sgt. Leonard C.A.F. 1963), as well as seven brothers and sisters, and her parents George and Melina. The family wishes to extend great thanks to the staff at Miller Crossing for their six years of exceptional care. A Memorial Service will be held for Claire on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Miller Crossing Extended Care, 14251-50 Street, Edmonton.
