Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHERRY DARLENE EYJOLFSON After a lengthy battle with cancer, Sherry passed away on April 9, 2012. She had spent her last weeks with family at her side, with many traveling from far to see her. She is survived by children: Cecil, Laurie, Charlene, and Colleen (Jeff). She was a proud grandmother to: Sherri lynn; Samara, Aron, Nicole; Kyla, Victor, Cassandra, Matthew; Cooper and Jack. She is also survived by her parents, Doris and Andy and many siblings. She was predeceased by her special friend, Lloyd, and beloved brother, Jack. She very much appreciated her friendship with Kate. A special thanks is extended to Gary Sarcida. Sherry spent much of her life as a caregiver - she was a L.P.N. in her younger years, and provided daycare in her home to many children over the years including some of her own grandchildren, guardian to Sherri lynn. In her late 50s she even tackled school to be re-licensed as a L.P.N. Cremation has taken place, and a private family service celebrating Sherry's life will be held. I was so saddened to hear of Sherry's passing and sincere condolences to Sherri Lynne and Sherry's children and family. I got to know Sherry over the years and admired her spirit, determination and thoughfulness. I hope she is at peace and that your positive memories of happy times will help in your mourning and loss.
