BERTHA BANASH 1929 - 2012 Bertha Banash, aged 82 years, formerly of Green Oak, MB, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the Beausejour Hospital. She is survived by her daughter Grace. She is predeceased by her parents, her brothers and sisters, as well as her loving husband of 28 years, Joseph Banash. She was a quiet person with a sense of humour. She loved her garden as well as animals. She loved her bus tour trips with her daughter Grace. She enjoyed polka music, waltzes and jig saw puzzles. She liked to visit with friends and family. Thanks to Dr. Campbell and staff at the Beausejour Hospital for all their care towards mom. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25 at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour with interment at the Ladywood Roman Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
