LAWRENCE MOLISH August 16, 1934 - October 26, 2011 It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that the family of Lawrence Gerald Molish announces his sudden passing at age 77. He is survived by his loving daughter Kathie (Trevor) and beloved grandchildren Roger and Miranda (Jordan), sons Jeff (Nicole) and Chris (Wanda), grandchildren Kyle, Brandon and Brock; dear sisters Evelyn (Bob) and Verna (Pat); also his nieces and nephews, Todd (Teresa), Rob, Lynn (Brian), Kevin, Kelsie, Hannah, Lisa and Kelly. Lawrence was predeceased by his parents Walter and Pearl and nephew David. Lawrence was born in Poplar Park and moved with his family to Winnipeg as a child. At a young age, Lawrence discovered his love of fixing things, especially radios. This passion led him to becoming an accomplished radio technician, first at Harrison-Nowell and then at Motorola. He was lucky enough to meet many life-long friends at his workplace. Dad also enjoyed his many road trips to BC to visit his daughter and grandchildren. If friends wish, memorial donations may be made to the Terry Fox Foundation. (www.terryfox.org) Memorial graveside service will be held at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, MB on Saturday, May 5 at 10:00 a.m. Please meet at the funeral home at 9:45 a.m. Reception to follow.
