Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANK WARREN FLETT (ACOOSE) Peacefully at his home Frank Warren Flett (Acoose) passed away suddenly at the age of 49 years old. Frank was predeceased by his mother Bernice Flett (Acoose) and father Alvin Flett, maternal grandparents Riel and Lorraine Acoose, paternal grandparents Alexander and Mary-Jane Flett. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Mary Anne Dzandzalas, Angela (Keith) Richards, Janet Acoose and Dot Flett, as well as his many uncles and aunties, cousins and friends. He also leaves his three nephews and three nieces, all of whom he loved and cherished greatly. Frank was born on October 14, 1962, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Frank grew up in the North End where he worked as a skilled labourer at Equinox Boats, building boats with his father, then at Bristol Aerospace. Later in life Frank worked at various places doing what he lovedconstruction; building nothing into something. He was a perfectionist at everything he touched. He had a great talent for anything musical, he could string a piano, build and tune guitars, build bikes, and had a passion for tools and anything electronic. Frank was also a talented artist, creating his own comic strips and drawing beautiful pictures. When he was not fixing or building something Frank would enjoy simple pleasures such as fishing, visiting friends and family, or just going for a bike ride. In Franks early years, he was involved in hockey, playing defense and was known for his smooth stride on the ice. He also won many medals competing in the Junior Winter Games as a smooth and fast swimmer. He would also be remembered for his diving, and executing daring flips on the diving board, always wanting the next dive to be better. Although he is gone Frank will be remembered for his generosity, his kindness, his gentle ways, and his sense of humor. He had a quick wit about him that would make anyone laugh and smile. On Monday, April 23 Frank made his journey home to Sakimay First Nation in Saskatchewan. Ceremony and Wake service was held in the Roman Catholic Church on Sakimay First Nation on Tuesday, April 24 at 4:00 p.m. Funeral Service was on Wednesday, April 25 at 10:00 a.m. at Sakimay First Nation.
