RENE LEMIRE The world lost a great man when Rene Lemire of Penticton, BC passed away suddenly on April 28, 2012 while visiting his daughters in Coquitlam, BC to celebrate his 82nd birthday. Predeceased by his loving wife Jeannette and daughter Therese. He will be dearly missed by his children Denise (Bob), Dianne (Mike), Annette, Lynne (Byron); six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and five sisters of Winnipeg, MB. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and love for his family. Viewing will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2012 followed by a Funeral Ceremony at 2:00 p.m. at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam, BC. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 1296 Main St., Penticton, BC.
