EDWARD DICKINSON FORSTER CHARGE On Thursday May 3, 2012, Edward (Dick) Charge passed away peacefully at Riverview Health Centre with his family by his side. Arrangements are pending and a longer obituary will follow.

  • Well, there you are, going to a party that Dick would enjoy, and at his favorite place, The Park! He went quickly, as was his wish, and in style, thanks to, and with, his wonderful family. My great pleasure was (besides getting there to say goodbye) was to meet that entire wonderful family, for the first time in too many years. I can't be there, but I will know, and participate in Dick's celebration. A thought: For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains.
