Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE MARIAN (nee SKWAREK) It is with deep sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Rose on May 5, 2012 at Fred Douglas Lodge, at the age of 88. Rose leaves to mourn her loving son George (Nancy), as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Anna and Michael Skwarek, her husband John, her brother Frank and sisters Carrie, Kay, Jennie, and Bronie. The family would like to thank Fred Douglas Lodge for the exceptional care provided to Rose. A special thank you to her niece Janette. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 10, at 7:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment to take place Friday, May 11, at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Cemetery, 4387 Main St. Family and friends are welcome to meet at the gate of the cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fred Douglas Lodge, 1275 Burrows Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2X 0B8. 586-8044

I knew 'Auntie' Rose my whole life. Beautiful lady. Got to see her also while my mom was at Fred Douglas. Really sorry to see her go.
