JOSEPH WECHNENKO January 8, 1926 - May 11, 2012 It is with sadness we announce the passing of Joseph Wechnenko, on Friday, May 11, 2012, at Seven Oaks Hospital, at the age of 86 years. Left to cherish his memory, are his wife Phyllis, children Evelyn and Melvin (Brenda), grandchildren Jaclyn, Steven, Jonathan, Breenin, Evan, Shayna, and numerous family members and friends. Divine Funeral Liturgy celebrating Joseph's life will be held at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Ave. on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Fr. Frank Szadiak C.S.s.R. officiating. A reception will follow the funeral service. A private family interment to follow at a later date. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Dr. Moncek and staff of Seven Oaks Hospital for their care, and the West St. Paul EMS team.
