Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMUSHTAQ ALFRED JACOBS (JAKE) 1931 2012 During the night of Thursday, May 24, 2012, Alfred suffered a heart attack and passed away. He is deeply missed and survived by his wife Eunice, daughters Mary (Russ), Carole (Dean), Janice (Rob) and grandchildren Brett, Thomas, Zach, Miranda and Ethan; brothers and sisters Irene, Isaac, Nafeesa, Shiela, Jeff and Jamila, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Alex, John, and sister Zarina. A celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 2 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street.
